PASS Stanztechnik AG has over 24 years of experience with the Trumpf system. Over the past few years, our position as the expert for the special tools has been expanded and we can now be considered the world leader in that field.

In the different sections of our current product catalogue you will find standard tools (such as Emboss, rectangular, oblong, square tools, Mulitools and Slitting tools) listed together with standardized special tools.  

Because our tools are manufactured from very high steel quality, our customers can be assured of the best possible tool life. 

We are also pleased to offer you our experience regarding surface coating: 

e.g. TICN coating (for improving tool life) or T-MAX coating (for reducing adhesive wear and for improving tool life).

We also perform stability analyses for special tools (specifically for special forms) and in the case of rupture risks we are able to access the relevant special materials and hardening processes so that the necessary function guarantee can be provided.
