Apprenticeship
Professional training is the best foundation for a successful career.
Since 2000, we have been training our apprentices in cooperation with the company KSB in Pegnitz to ensure a sufficiently trained and skilled workforce in the future.
 Already during the training process, each apprentice gets to know the different departments in our company. They learn in practical situations about production-focused chipping and CNC
technology with modern machines. This means that our apprentices don’t spend their time producing useless “scrap”, but are fully integrated in the production process as soon
as they have completed their basic training.
They work on the same machinery as we use for our tool production. This motivates each apprentice and also pays off for us. Each apprentice is productive as far as possible and from the very
beginning on familiaried with the standard of quality and production processes we insist on when carrying out customer orders.
Some of our first apprentices are already in leading positions at our company.
Specially mentioned should be the success attained by our apprentices.
Sixty percent of all our apprentices have received awards from the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) Bayreuth for their success in the final examinations.
All apprentices have been offered job contracts, and according to our current plans this policy will be continued.
Our apprentices represent a vital element for the future of our company.
