Corner radii on punches

PASS Standard:

In order to reduce this corner wear, we generally grind a radius of R = 0,15 mm (.006") on all such punches.

It is advised to increase the edge radius for stainless steel applications (e.g. R = 0.35 mm (.014") or as large as possible).
