Manufactoring with Continuous Form Tools is normally used to produce ribs or beads in the sheet. Please take the following information into account when looking at non-standard
designs:
1.) Standard form/bead ends are not exactly half-round in shape.
However a special form tool can be used to make these types of ends.
2.) Intersections are not possible with standard continuous form tools.
However a special forming tool can be made to accomplish this.
Afterwards a continuous form tool can be restarted on this intersection.
The same is possible for intersecting ribs/beads.
